Tony DaSilva

     Tony DaSilva, 60, of Fall River, passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at Charlton Memorial Hospital.

He was the husband of Jandira Sofia (daVega Carvalho) DaSilva.

     Born in Fogo, Cape Verde, he was the son of Maria DaSilva and the late Hermeto Jose Rodrigues. He was employed as a D.J. on 97.6 WZRM FM, Brockton.  Previously, he had worked at Foxwoods Casino as a security guard and had owned PNS Construction in Connecticut. Tony loved music, Church, fishing, and dancing.

     In addition to his wife and mother, Tony leaves six children, Nikita DaSilva, Nicholas DaSilva, Nickerson DaSilva, Nicsen DaSilva, Nickelia DaSilva and Nicolly DaSilva; four grandchildren, Ajinai DaSilva-Cruz, Giovanni DaSilva-Escalera, Jaiden DaSilva-Escalera and Ytalia DaSilva-Escalera; numerous brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.

     A visitation will be held Friday, November 5, 2021, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 P.M. at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River.

     His funeral service will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 9:30 AM in the Auclair Funeral Home.  Burial, with graveside committal service will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Prospect Street Fall River.
