Therese J. (Saucier) Duarte

Therese J. (Saucier) Duarte, 86, of Warren, RI, formerly of Fall River, passed away Monday, March 4, 2019.

            A clerical worker for Philip's Lightolier for many years, she enjoyed playing scrabble and making crafts, especially Christmas ornaments. She proudly raised five children by herself and was an avid ballroom dancer.

            She leaves four children, Ronald Garant (wife Linda) of Tiverton, Marc Garant (wife Denise) of Fall River, Paul Garant (wife Judith) of Fall River and Diane Pelletier (husband Robert) of Warren; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a sister, Lucille Pavao of Fall River and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Denise Spors, the sister of the late George and Leo Saucier and the daughter of the late Joseph and Dina (St. Pierre) Saucier.
