Obituary

Steven W. Southworth, 59, of Robeson St. Fall River, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2023 at Charlton Memorial Home.

He was the husband of Dawn M.  (Santos) Southworth.

Born in New Bedford, Steven was the son of Gerald and Joan (Choquette) Southworth of Tiverton.

He was employed by City Hall Taxi for many years, retiring due to illness.

Steven enjoyed trips to the casino and gaming on his phone. He also loved his yearly trips to Florida with his family.

Besides his wife and parents, Steven leaves three children,

Gregory Southworth (companion Crystal) of Fall River, Michelle Lee Pereira (husband John) of Swansea and Michael Southworth of Fall River; five grandchildren, Brendon, Caleb, Emily and Kailee Southworth and Kaiden Habib;

two sisters, Joanne Southworth of Tiverton and Sheri Stuber (husband Michael) of Dennis; two nephews, Nicholas and Samuel.

Steven’s visitation will be held Wednesday, August 30, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a service in the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River, at 7:00 PM

Burial will be private.
