Raymond R. Verrette

Raymond R. Verrette, 64, of Fall River, passed into eternal life on Tuesday, December 24, 2019, at St. Anne’s Hospital. He was the husband of 45 years to Kathleen (Griffin) Verrette  and the son of Ulric R.M. “Pete” Verrette of Fall River and the late Pauline J. (Quintin) Verrette.

An auto mechanic, he was employed by Sears for many years in the automobile department. He loved music and was an avid New England Sports fan.

Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Matthew Verrette and his wife Beth, a daughter, Melanie Heikkila and her husband Eric, all of Arkansas, three grandchildren, Naomi, Gavin and Amelia; four sisters, Vivian Gosselin, Elaine Dow, Nancy Verrette and Linda Da Silva.  He also leaves many nieces and nephews.

Private arrangements are with the Auclair Funeral Home.
