Pedro Franco Obituary

Pedro Franco, 78, of Fall River, passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Maria (Moniz) Franco. He was the son of the late Gil and Guilhermina (San Pedro) Franco.

Having spent his childhood in the Azores, Pedro served in the Portuguese Army before moving to America with his family in 1977. He was employed for over 40 years at TPI Composites.

In addition to his wife, Pedro leaves a son, Gil Franco III; two daughters, Nellie and Marcia Franco; his grandchildren: Kenneth Franco and Jericka Correia; his great-grandchildren: Jacob Correia, Noah and Juliette Terceira; and his brother, Gil Franco Jr. (Rosa). Pedro is also survived by his nephews, Kevin and David Franco.

A private Mass of Christian Burial took place on Friday, June 24 at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Fall River, with burial at Notre Dame Cemetery.
