Obituary

Paul R. Canuel, 93 of Fall River, husband of Rosalie “Bobbi”(Thibault) Canuel, passed away Friday, May 5, 2023. A longtime employee of Stillwater Associates, he also worked for the  School Dept of the City of Fall River. He was an Air Force Veteran of the Korean War.

Besides his wife of 73 years, he leaves a son Michael R. Canuel and was father of the late Mark P. Canuel (wife Donna); grandfather of Riley P. Canuel and Matthew S. Canuel; brother of Lucille Fontaine and was brother of the late Rev. Robert Canuel; He also leaves nieces and nephews and was the son of the late Theobald and Eliza (Otis) Canuel.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 12, from 8:15 to 9:15 AM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River. His Funeral Mass follows at 10:00 at Holy Name Church, Hanover St. Fall River.

Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
