Patricia A. (Fitzgerald) Viveiros

Patricia A. (Fitzgerald) Viveiros, 60, of Fall River, passed into eternal rest Friday, March 31, 2023.  She was the loving wife of John Viveiros, Jr. They shared 40 years of marriage and proudly raised two sons together whom she adored.

Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of Patricia A. (McCarthy) Fitzgerald and the late Ronald Fitzgerald.

A former employee of Fall River Municipal Credit Union, she had previously been employed by Bradlees Department Store for over 20 years. She enjoyed shopping, trips to Martha’s Vineyard, watching classic movies, listening to music and New England sports, especially the Patriots.  Patricia always enjoyed spending time with family, especially her nieces and nephews and dog Chloe and cat Winnie.

Besides her husband and mother, she leaves two sons, John Aaron Viveiros (and his companion Jessica Justa) and Patrick Ryan Viveiros (and his fiancée Nicole Almeida and her daughter Saige Bernardo);

three siblings, Edward T. Fitzgerald, Claire M. Souza (husband John C.) and Debra A. Roy (husband Gary).  She also leaves many nieces and nephews.

Patricia is predeceased by her sister Marie Fitzgerald, brother Thomas A. “ Tommy” Fitzgerald and her baby brother Kevin Fitzgerald.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation which will be held Wednesday, April 5, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.  at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River.   Funeral and burial at St. Patrick Cemetery will be private.
