Nancy A. (Oliveira) Ford

Nancy A. (Oliveira) Ford, 75, of Fall River, MA and Stafford, VA, retired Somerset Middle School teacher, passed away Thursday, July 14, 2022.

She was the wife of the late Kenneth J. Ford.

Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Irene (Medeiros) Oliviera.

She was a graduate of Bridgewater State College and Rhode Island College.

She leaves a son, Gregory D. Ford (wife Karen) and their sons Ethan and Logan, and a daughter, Kristen F. Ford (late Marques R. Smead) and their daughter Paxton; her cousin Michael J. O’Leary; her longtime personal caretaker and friend, Melissa Morris-LeBelle.

Visitation will be held Wednesday morning, July 20, 2022  from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River, MA.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Name Church, 709 Hanover St. Fall River.  Burial will take place at St. Patrick Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
