Nancy R. (Murray) Finn

Nancy R. (Murray) Finn, 84, of Fall River, formerly of Medford MA and Newport RI, wife of the late Richard M. Finn, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019.

Nancy graduated from Medford High School in 1953 and worked for New England Tel & Tel. after graduation. She eventually retired as a tax preparation professional after working at several regional establishments, including Almacs Supermarket and Raytheon, in addition to being the best mother anyone could have. She was an avid New England and Boston sports teams supporter, and she also enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and listening to talk radio.

She leaves seven children, Glen A. Braden (wife Bernadette) of Hampton, VA, Carl Braden (wife Kathy) of Westerly, RI, John L. Braden of Provincetown, Cheryl A. Griffin (husband Ronald) of Fall River, Robert C. Finn (wife Romona) of Wareham, Nancy R.M. Finn (husband Dennis Silvia) of Westport and Richard D. Finn; 19 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; a brother, Charles M. Murray of PA and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Robert C. Murray and the daughter of the late Robert C. and Ruth (Cottle) Murray.
