Nancy R. Alexander

     Nancy R. Alexander, 74, of Fall River, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Edmund C. and Georgianna (Rapoza-Mello) Alexander;
     A cosmetologist, Nancy graduated from Vidal-Sassoon Academy in Florida and Rob Roy Academy in Fall River. She enjoyed being at the beach in the sun, but most of all she treasured spending time with her family.

    She leaves a daughter, Stephanie Lynn Cook (husband Wilfred) of Fall River; three granddaughters who were her absolute world, Willow Marie, Mya Elizabeth and Viviana Rose Cook; a grandson, Tyler Cook; great-grandson Jaxon Cook; a brother, William J. Alexander Sr. of Somerset; many nieces and nephews including David Gonsalves, Kimberly Souza, Joseph Zimmerman, William Alexander Jr., Michelle Alexander and Lisa Autumn Alexander; a close family friend and Wilfred’s mother, Debra Cioe.

     Nancy was the sister of the late Elsie Zimmerman, Helen Gonsalves, Edmund Alexander, Ernest Alexander and Louis Alexander.  

     A visitation will be held Wednesday,   November 3, 2021, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 P.M. at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River.

     Her funeral will be held Thursday, November 4,2021 at 9:00 AM from the funeral home, with a  Funeral Mass at Saint John of God Church, Brayton Ave. Somerset, at 10:00 AM.  Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
