Marcia A. (Stimson) Johnson

Marcia Ann (Stimson) Johnson, 74, of Fall River, wife of the late Elray Johnson, Jr., passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021. She was predeceased by her parents Walter Kinney Stimson Jr, Elinor Rose (Conrad) Stimson, and her sister Wanda Jean (Stimson Braga Nunes Heidemann) Whitaker.

Marcia was a data processor for Aetna/Travelers Insurance for 30+ years. She was an avid online gamer, enjoyed listening to country and gospel music and treasured her time with her family. Her favorite saying was “well I can’t dance” and when you asked her how she was feeling she always said with her hands. It also goes without saying that she was a diehard Boston sports fan.

Marcia leaves 4 siblings; Richard Stimson (Judy), June Lawson (Clarence), Glen Stimson (Deborah) and Bruce Stimson (Rhonda); Marcia also leaves 4 children; David Ray Johnson (Angel) of Cedar Rapids IA, Jeannie Johnson (Stephen Cabral) of Fall River MA, Walter Johnson (Kristine) of Winchendon MA and Darlene Cohen (David) of Brockton MA; 15 grandchildren, Matthew John, Justin, Dustin-Allen, Alexzandra, Matthew Paul, Amanda, Cheyenne, Cameron, Kyle, Carissa, Adam, Stephen, Jessica, Shawn and Justin; 10 great-grandchildren, Destiny, Heaven, Lilly, Serenity, Kaylin, Victoria, Faith, Grace, Hope and Gabriel; and many nieces and nephews.

Private funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Auclair Funeral Home.
