Lorraine (Gadourey) Lanning

Lorraine (Gadourey) Lanning, 83, of Fall River, wife of the late William R. Lanning, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2020.

            A CNA for many years, she loved to spend time with her family. She enjoyed traveling, eating banana splits and seafood, puzzle books and taking rides by the water. She was a member of the former St. Louis Parish choir for many years.

            She leaves three children, Ann Marie Hathway (husband the late Randal), Mark Pereira (wife Carlene Carreiro) and Jennifer Costa (husband Manuel); six grandchildren, Nathan (wife Gloria), Joshua, Chelsea (husband Dr. Jason Diogo), Ashly, Randi and Samantha; four great-grandchildren, Trevor, Mason, Oliver and Harrison. She was the former wife of the late Manuel R. Pereira and the daughter of the late Emilio and Ernestine (Boucher) Gadourey.

            Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:45 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River with a Funeral Mass at St. Thomas More Church, Somerset, at 11:00 AM. Private burial at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
