Lilianne A. Richard

Lilianne (Dubreuil) Richard, 96, of Fall River, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023.

She was the wife of the late Normand E. Richard. They were married for 58 years. She loved raising her children and caring for her grandchildren. She belonged to the school committee, was active in community safety, dedicated to her church, a member of the L'Association Francophone De Fall River, a member of the Royal Travelers Club, enjoyed dancing, loved selling Avon, playing bingo at the Senior Center, going to the casinos, and playing cards with her family and nephews.

She was the mother of 9 children, Elaine Alves (partner Jennifer Allen), Janine Silva (husband Paul), Daniel Richard (wife Lori), Suzanne McGuirk (husband Kevin), Anne Malenfant (partner Manuel Furtado), Jean Richard, Claire Francoeur (partner William Kazen), Mark Richard and the late Bernice Carvalho; the sister of Rejane Schwender and the late Robert Dubreuil, Maurice Dubreuil, Germaine Bishal, Muriel Arnold and Doris Dubreuil;  She also leaves  17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter and nieces and nephews. Lilianne was the daughter of the late Arthur and Rosanna (Pelland) Dubreuil.

Visitation will be held Sunday, January 29, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of the funeral home. 

Her funeral will be held Monday, January 30, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a Funeral Mass in Holy Trinity Church, Stafford Rd. at 11:00 A.M.

 Burial will be private.
