Laura P. Moura

Laura P. Moura, 78, of Providence, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022.  Born in Ponta Delgada, St. Michael, Azores, she was the daughter of the late Joao Joaquim DeMoura and the late Maria Eduarda Perreira Moura.  She will be remembered as a great babysitter and a good sister and aunt. For most of her life, Laura was employed as a professional nanny. Laura was an Arthur Murray tango dancer.  She enjoyed doing needlepoint.

She leaves two sisters, Donzilia Mendonca and Laudalina “Lina” Guerreiro; nephews, Steven, Hector, James, Richard and Kevin.

A visitation will be held Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a funeral service starting at 11:00 AM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River.
