Laura (Roies) Levesque

Laura (Roies) Levesque, 97, a lifelong resident of Tiverton, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022.

She was the widow of Julien R. “Brownie” Levesque.

She had been employed by Merritt Manufacturing  Laura loved to dance.

She was the daughter of the late John and Theresa (Souza) Roies.

Laura was the mother of Robert Levesque (wife Caroline) of Florida and the late Daniel Levesque (wife Vivian of Dartmouth; and the longtime companion of Eddie Camuso.

She also leaves three grandchildren, Shawn, Jacob and Heather;

three great grandchildren, Jaxon, Savannah,  and Maverick; she also leaves numerous nieces and nephews.   Laura was the sister of the late Mary Medeiros, Alice Felix, Beatrice Sousa, Jenny Medeiros, Barbara Medeiros,  Dennis Roies, Antone Roies and John Roies. 

Visitation will be held Monday, August 29, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at 9:00 A.M. from the funeral home with a Funeral Mass at St.Theresa Church, Stafford Rd. Tiverton, at 10:00 A.M.

Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
