Joyce R. (DaSilva) Goncalves, 62, of Fall River, wife of Bento A. Goncalves, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020.
A member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, she volunteered at the food pantry for Good Shepherd Parish and was also a CCD teacher. She was a mentor for autistic children at CFC and Holy Trinity School.
Besides her husband of 38 years, she leaves a son, Eric Paul Goncalves and a brother, Kenneth DaSilva (wife Debora). She was the daughter of the late Candido "Candy" and Maria (Martins) DaSilva.
A visitation will be held Thursday from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., with a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at Good Shepherd Church. Burial, St. Patrick's Cemetery. Face coverings and social distancing required.
