Joseph Raposo

      Joseph Raposo, 63, of Fall River, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Boston. He was the beloved husband of Licia (Mello) Raposo. They shared 43 years of marriage.

     Born in Porto Formoso, St. Michael, Azores, he was the son of the late Joseph and Maria (Pacheco) Raposo.

    For over 30 years, he owned and operated Rapster Manufacturing in Fall River. He enjoyed passing time caring for his home’s landscaping and prized Koy fish ponds.

     Joseph was the father of Amanda Franzese (husband Paul) and Adam Raposo (wife Stephanie; grandfather of Hunter and Wyatt; brother of Filomena Paiva and John Raposo and the late Connie Tavares.

   A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, January 10th, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Good Shepherd Church, 1598 South Main St. Fall River.  Relatives and friends are invited.
