Joseph "Joe" Correia, Jr.

Joseph “Joe” Correia, Jr., 91, of  Fall River, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2022. He was the husband of the late Agnes (Moniz) Correia, who preceded him in death in 2010.

Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Joseph and Adeline (Soares) Correia.

Joe was an Army veteran, earning the rank of Master Sergeant.  He was employed by Harvey Probber.  He enjoyed fishing and was an avid Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins and Patriots fan.

Joe leaves a son, Michael Correia of Torrance, CA; a sister, Celeste St.Onge of Shirley, MA; a companion, Lucille Cabral of Fall River; his caregiver, Jill Rivers; a Goddaughter, Deborah Adams,  and nieces and nephews.  The family would like to thank Southcoast Hospice and Beyond Comfort Private Care.
His Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. , Saturday, Sep. 10, 2022 at Holy Trinity Church, Stafford Rd. Fall River.
