Jose S. Lima

Jose S. Lima, 64, of Fall River, husband of Maria G. (Cordeiro) Lima, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on July 7, 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer.

            He enjoyed working in his yard and spending time with his family and grandsons.

            Besides his wife of 41 years, he leaves two children, Rui Lima (wife Paula) and Nelia Borges (husband Simão); three grandsons, Cristian, Nathaniel and Liam and many siblings, nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Fernando and Conçeicão (de Sousa) Lima.

            A visitation will be held Saturday from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM at Espirito Santo Church. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Facial coverings required.
