Irene G. (Laferriere) Rodrigues, 73, of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, passed into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at St. Anne's Hospital, Fall River.

A science and math teacher, she was employed by Bristol High School. She was previously employed by Raytheon.

She was the wife of 24 years to Daniel Rodrigues of Portsmouth, Rhode Island;

the mother of Lisa Wood (husband Kevin), Brian Travers (wife Stephanie) and David (wife Beth);

step-mother of Pamela Filipe (husband Jason), Stacy Archambault and the late Kimberly Marie Rodrigues. She also was survived by 8 grandchildren and the daughter of the late Edward and Eva Laferriere.
