Harmony Desire Cabral

Harmony Desire Cabral, 44, of New Bedford, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024 after a brief illness, surrounded by her family and friends.

Harmony was born a brave, fearless, and beautiful baby who quickly grew into all of that passion. She held strong in what she believed in throughout her life. She touched the lives of her family, friends, co-workers and all of the people she met throughout her life – always a people-person, she could often be heard laughing and having a great time.

She loved her children most of all; she loved to go to the beach and take them on vacations…essentially, she lived a life that was all her own.

She leaves her mother, Madeline (Botelho) Wilkey (husband Dana) and her father, Clifford D. Cabral (wife Hollie Hazzard); son, Devon Leggett and daughters, Molly Gaudreau and Praize Thompson; brother Cyle Thomas (wife Veronique); as well as her fiancé Shamaree Strachan.

A private celebration of life will be held later in the spring.
