Elizabeth Powell Obituary
Elizabeth A. (Stone) Powell, 91, of Fall River, passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at Clifton Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Francis E. Powell and the daughter of the late Charles G. and Elizabeth A. (Sullivan) Stone, but was raised by Daniel and Ann (Sullivan) Hickey.
She was employed by Stella Ann Frocks and Terminal Bakery. Liz enjoyed traveling and bingo.
She leaves a brother, Daniel Hickey (late wife Joan) of Fall River, and was sister of the late Mary Quinn (husband John).
She also leaves a stepson, Scott Pacheco (wife Krystal) of Fall River; and a step-grandson Seth Pacheco; Elizabeth was also the step-grandmother of the late Trinity A. Pacheco.
She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Her visitation will be held Monday, August 29, 2022, from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 S. Main St., Fall River.
A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 AM at Holy Name Church, Hanover St. Fall River.
Burial will be held at St. Patrick Cemetery.
