Charles H. Peladeau

          Charles H. Peladeau, 88, of Tiverton, husband of Martha W. (Russell) Peladeau, passed away Monday, September 6, 2021. He was the son of the late Dr. Rosa and Juliette (Fortin) Peladeau.

          Charles was employed by New England Sinai Hospital, Stoughton.  A member of Somerset Sportsmans Club, he enjoyed scuba diving and going to estate sales.  He was a New England Patriots and RedSox fan.

          Besides his wife of 32 years, he leaves three children, Michele Ferreira, Kevin Smith (wife Paula) and Stacey Smith-MacMillan (husband Robert); seven grandchildren, Christopher Adkins (wife Krisara); Shannon, Madison and Morgan Smith, Andrew Bianchini, McKenzie and Justin Smith Bianchini; three great-granddaughters, Scarlett and Lyla Adkins and Skyler Smith; a sister, Rosemarie Claudette Hambly; nieces and nephews, Dr. Marc Hambly (wife Dr. Susan Hambly), Gregory Hambly (wife Anne), Peter Hambly, Paul Hambly (wife Katie) and David Hambly (partner Delbert Byron Stapp) Janice Hambly and Claudia Freeman (husband Christopher);  many cousins and close friends,  two pet dogs Nicky and Lulu.

          Following cremation, a visitation will be held Sunday, Sep. 26, from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. with a funeral service at 12:00 Noon in the Auclair Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Forever Paws, 300 Lynwood St. Fall River, MA 02721.
