Catherine (Ferreira) Terceiro

Catherine (Ferreira) Terceiro, 63, of Fall River, passed from this life into the comfort of the next July 14, 2020.

She leaves her loving daughter and best friend, Stacey Terceiro. Cathy was the former wife of James Terceiro of Swansea.

Catherine was the youngest daughter of the late Manuel and Georgina (Medeiros) Ferreira. She leaves sister, Dorothy Grocott (late husband Richard) of Assonet, her brother, Manuel (wife Nancy) of No. Dartmouth, along with sister, Rose Perry of Fall River, and brother, Joseph Ferreira of Pawtucket. She leaves several well-loved nieces and nephews.

Cathy was a fun loving, social person who always enjoyed a good joke. She was a great lover of animals including her constant companion, Paisley, who will certainly miss her.

The family would like to offer thanks to the loving and compassionate staff at South Point Rehab, especially her superhero, Jason, as well as Erica and Kerry; we appreciate the care you provided.

Services will be held Saturday, July 18, 2020, at 2 PM with wake to follow until 4:00 PM at Auclair Funeral Home at 690 South Main Street, Fall River, Mass.
