Armand J. Bouchard

Armand J. Bouchard, 90, passed away on October 4, 2023. 

He was the husband of Vivian (Aube) Bouchard, with whom he shared 67 years of marriage.

He was the son of the late John and Jean (Levesque) Bouchard. 

Armand grew up in Tiverton, RI and was a 1950 graduate of LaSalle Academy High School. He entered the United States Air Force at the age of 17 and was honorably discharged after serving 4 years in the Korean Conflict as a Military Police Officer. In 1955, he married Vivian, the love of his life.

Armand was the proud owner of Armand’s Auto Sales located in Fall River, for 37 years. He loved antique cars and antiquing. Armand spent many days at his summer house located on the Watuppa Pond, where he loved to go motor boating and sailing with his beloved family. 

He is survived by two children; Cheryl Botelho (late husband Barry) and Brenda Laganelli (husband Joseph); Grandchildren, Brittany Botelho-Costa (husband Paul), Sera Glover (husband Kevin, and their daughter, Marlowe Arcadia), Matthew Botelho (wife Kiersten Zaza-Botelho and their son, Robert James Botelho), Kerin Fotheringham (husband Jordan, and their daughter, Scarlet Rose Fotheringham); 

He was the brother of the late Dolores Paquin, Jacqueline Walmsley, Paul Bouchard, and Donald Bouchard.

A visitation will be held Saturday, October 7, 11:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. with Military Honors and a funeral service at 1:00 P.M.
