Anne Marie "Penny" (Costa) Rego

Anne Marie "Penny" (Costa) Rego, 64, of Fall River, wife of Kenneth J. Rego, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2021.

             An former employee of Fall River Nursing Home, she retired to become a homemaker and raise her children, who she loved immensely. She had the biggest heart and was always very generous.

            Besides her husband of 44 years, she leaves three children, Jessica Rego (Alexander Rivera), Courtney Rego (Manuel Fernandes) and Brian Costa, Jr. all of Fall River; four grandchildren, Ashley (Ariana Maldonado), Carlos, Alexis Rivera and Sophia Neth; one great-granddaughter, Victoria Almeida; five siblings, Manuel Costa, Gary Costa, Glenn Costa, Gail Melanson (Jimmy) and Brian Costa, Sr. (Gail Freitas); a godson, James and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was the mother of the late Amanda Morin and the daughter of the late Manuel and Beatrice (Berube) Costa.

            A visitation will be held Sunday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Face coverings and social distancing required.
