Yvonne (Caya) Lavoie

Yvonne (Caya) Lavoie, 104, of Thousand Oaks, California, formerly of Fall River, wife of the late Charles Emile Lavoie, entered into rest Saturday, January 23, 2016. She leaves a son, Donald C. LaVoie and his wife Cecile (Michaud) Lavoie of Thousand Oaks; three grandchildren, Denise Lavoie Williams, Connie Lavoie Peters and Michael D. Lavoie; ten great-grandchildren, Jason D. Bales, Tania Williams LaPorte, Keeran Williams, Kerry Williams, Collin Lavoie, Ethan Lavoie, Austin Lavoie, Benjamin Lavoie, Bradley Peters, Rachel Peters; two great-great-grandchildren, Lavoie C. Bales and Ryan S. Lavoie; nieces, Leona Lavoie O'Brien ,Loretta Lavoie Dupuis, Claudette Lavoie Couturier, Patricia Lavoie Connors and Dolores Lavoie Marino and a nephew, Robert Lavoie. She was the mother of the late Doris Lavoie Gendreau; the daughter of the late Simeon and Dorilda (Chretien) Caya; and the sister of the late Clara (Caya) Lavoie and late brothers, Emile, Oscar, Alfred and Jules Caya. Her committal service will be held Saturday, February 13, at 11:00 a.m., at the Mausoleum Chapel of Notre Dame Cemetery. Relatives and friends invited. Visitation and flowers omitted.
