Vivian S. Lyne

Vivian S. Lyne, 75, of Swansea, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late William E. Lyne Jr., with whom she shared 44 years of marriage.

Born in Fall River and raised in Swansea, Vivian was the daughter of the late Arthur Lambert and Yvette (Nadeau) Lambert. She was a lifelong Swansea resident.

Vivian is survived by her children: Keith W. Lyne and his wife Gayle of Rehoboth, Kerry Lyne and her husband Tony Silva of Swansea, and Jamie Lyne, of Swansea.

She is also survived by her brother, Richard Lambert, and his wife Joann and was the proud grandmother to Cassie, Zachary, Abigail, Jarrett, Trinity, Ryan, Hailey, and Kaitlyn, and a cherished great-grandmother to Celina, Payton, Malik, Cole, and Elijah.

In addition to her husband and parents, Vivian was predeceased by her brother, Robert Lambert, and her nephew, David Bates.

Vivian was strong-willed and lived life on her own terms. Above all else, she loved her family and treasured time spent together. She enjoyed entertaining and having everyone gathered in her home. Camping was one of her favorite pastimes, and many cherished memories were made surrounded by those she loved most.

Vivian will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
