Vera (Carvalho) Domingos

Vera (Carvalho) Domingos, 88, of Wilbur Ave., Somerset, formerly of Bristol, RI, widow of August Domingos, died Sunday, May 4, 2008. She had worked in her family's business, the former Eagle Street Variety, Fall River, was a nurses aide and with her late husband, operated Somerset Town Taxi. She leaves a sister, Hilda Carlson of Long Island, NY; a dear friend and caregiver of 34 years, Glenn Gray of Somerset and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Daniel and Eva (Motta) Carvalho and the sister of the late Charles, Daniel, Manuel, Antonio, Mary and Edward Carvalho. Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 8:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Dominic Church, Swansea, at 9:00 AM.
