Thongsouk Silapasay

Thongsouk Silapasay, 78, of Fall River, formerly of Laos, died Sunday, March 1, 2015 in the Crawford House Nursing Center, Fall River, Massachusetts. Born in Laos on May 5, 1936, she was the wife of the late Xieng Pou. She was employed in the farming industry in Laos. She enjoyed walking, shopping, listening to music and cooking. She leaves four grandchildren, Thongsy Saintil, Channaly Silapasay, Sisouphone Silapasay, and Cindy Kang, four great-grandchildren, Navin Silapasay, Nathan Kang, Tristan Kang and Ariana Kang, all of Fall River; a niece, Boonmy Ma of California. She was the mother of the late Thongsay Silapasay and the sister of the late Bouachanh Sayathoum. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation which will be held on Friday, March 6, 2015 in Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Cremation to follow.
