Obituary with photo and flag please Thomas F. Osswald, Sr. Thomas F. Osswald, Sr., 92, of Anderson Way, Dartmouth, husband of the late Lena Souza (Lima) Osswald, died December 28, 2009. A meat cutter, he was employed by Village Market for 21 years, retiring in 2002. He had previously worked at Moskoff Market, A and P, Shaws, Dartmouth Deli and People's Market. He was an army veteran of WWII. He is survived by 6 children, Thomas F. Osswald, Jr. and Michael Osswald, both of New Bedford, Robert Osswald of Onset, Richard Osswald and Elizabeth Levinson, both of Dartmouth and Margaret MacFarland of E. Dixfield, ME; 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 4 step-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Thomas F. and Julia (Koeber) Osswald and the brother of the late Bertha Clarke and Edna Osswald. Private arrangements entrusted to Auclair Funeral Home, Fall River.
