Theresa Cournoyer

Theresa (Caisse) Cournoyer, 92, of Fall River, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2026. She was the wife of the late Roland J. Cournoyer.

Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Lillian (Dion) Caisse.

For many years, Theresa worked as a sewing machine operator for Rochelle Manufacturing. She was an avid reader. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

Theresa is survived by her children, David Cournoyer (wife Olga), Paul Cournoyer, Diane Bergeron (husband Paul), and Catherine Froment (late husband Jeff); her grandchildren, Kyle, Amy, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Adam, Jason, Kelly, and David; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Donald Caisse and Ronald Caisse.

She was predeceased by her siblings, Lillian Robidoux, Leo Caisse, Arthur Caisse, Raymond Caisse, Roger Caisse, Gertrude Botelho, Robert Caisse, George Caisse, and Rene Caisse.
