Teresa R. DaConceicao

Teresa R. DaConceicao, 99, of Providence, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 1, 2026.

Born with a strong work ethic and a love of life, Teresa spent the majority of her professional career in hospitality and housekeeping, working in distinguished hotels from London to Lisbon. She took great pride in her work and carried herself with quiet dignity and dedication throughout her life. One of her fondly remembered highlights was serving and meeting Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones during their time in London, a story she enjoyed sharing.

Teresa had a deep appreciation for good food, fine wine, and the simple joys of life. She cherished time spent with her family, friends, and valued companionship, laughter, and conversation. Her warmth and presence left a lasting impression on those who knew her.

She was the beloved twin sister of the late Maria Balbina-Guerreiro. Teresa is survived by her nephews, Manny F. Guerreiro and Jose F. Guerreiro; her great-nephews, H. Patrick, Richard, James, Kevin, and Miguel Guerreiro; and her great-great-nieces & nephews, Emma, Ryan, Asher, Amelia, Greyson, Lilly, and Henry Guerreiro.

Teresa will be remembered for her hardworking spirit, her love of life, and the quiet grace with which she lived her long and meaningful years.
