Ronald A. Pelletier

Ronald A. Pelletier, 86, of Westport, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at St. Luke's Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Carolyn E. (Ferland) Pelletier.

Ronald enjoyed a long career as a time keeper with New England Power. He cherished watching his New England sports teams & horse racing, dinners out at local restaurants with his wife, many years of annual camping trips with his friends and countless family events and vacations.

 A devoted family man, he treasured spending time with his loved ones. Together with his wife, he delighted in their annual trips to Aruba for over 30 years. Born in Fall River, Ronald was the son of the late Joseph Aquila Pelletier and Rose A. (Latour) St.Pierre and stepson of Joseph N. St. Pierre.

In addition to his wife of 63 years, Ronald leaves his son Ronald G. Pelletier and his partner Sal DeLuca, and son Gary P. Pelletier and his wife Sharon L. Pelletier and a daughter-in-law Ann Marie Pelletier. He was the grandfather of Ashley Pelletier, Lauren Toole (husband Michael), Amanda Viveiros (husband Dereck), Justin Pelletier (husband Christopher McCormick), Alyson Calderon (husband Rudy), and the late Jason Moniz. He also leaves great-grandchildren, Felisha Wilkinson (husband Jake), Samantha Moniz, Mckenzie Pelletier, Alaina Pelletier, Everly Toole, Myles Viveiros and Calvin Calderon; a great-great-granddaughter, Marley Wilkinson. He was the brother of Claudette Pelletier and the late Emile Pelletier and Richard Pelletier. He was the uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday, September 28 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River.

His funeral will be held Tuesday, September 29 at 9:00 AM from the funeral home with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Grace Church, Sanford Rd. Westport. Entombment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum.

His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
