Roger A. Chouinard

Roger A. Chouinard, 81, of Somerset, husband of Elizabeth A. "Betty" Chouinard, entered into rest Sunday, August 14, 2016. He was employed by the former US Luggage and Globe Manufacturing.

Besides his wife of 51 years, he leaves two sons, David Chouinard and his wife Dawn of Fall River and Roger Chouinard and his wife Kelly of Fairhaven; grandchildren, Taylor-Lyn, Hannah, Nicholas, David, Lila and Janie Chouinard; siblings, Alice Ferreira and Joseph H. "Harvey" Chouinard, both of Fall River and many nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Jean Baptiste and Adrienne (Michaud) Chouinard and the brother of the late Lorraine Guinen, Jeannette Meade and Ronald Paul Chouinard.

His funeral service will be held Thursday at 9:00 a.m. at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Interment, St. Patrick Cemetery.

Visitation, Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home. Donations may be made to South Coast VNA, 200 Mill Rd., Fairhaven MA 02719.
