Listen to Obituary

Robert "Bob" A Whitehouse, Jr. , 61 years young, Fall River , Massachusetts,
Friday , January 23. Bob passed peacefully after a period of failing health.

Bobby was born on September 17, 1964 at St. Margaret's Hospital in Boston. He was the second child and oldest son of the late Robert A Whitehouse Sr. , and the late Geraldine M (nee O'Brien) Whitehouse. Bobby grew up in a family of five children originally from Scituate Massachusetts , moving overseas to Okinawa, Japan in July of 1973.

Bobby is survived by his wife Pamela Whitehouse, his son Robert Whitehouse 3rd, a daughter Danielle , an older sister Lisa and three younger brothers, Brian, Danny and Ralphie. Bobby loved life and always brought the funny! He had an incredible sense of humor and a quick wit. Bob was an incredible artist and had a unique ability to capture the spirit of anyone with a caricature. He was incredibly smart and could build or fix anything. He never lost touch with his inner child and he made life fun. Bob was a such fantastic fisherman! He loved to fish. In 1975 we moved to Lake Villa Illinois. Some of his best memories were of his time there. Neighborhood baseball games, swimming in the lake, motocross bikes , night fishing, ice fishing and getting dragged on a toboggan attached to a snowmobile across a frozen Lake Petite!
Boy did we have fun!

Bob spent his high school years in Rockland Massachusetts. In 1983 he joined
the Navy at the age of 17. He was assigned to a 650ft. sub tender. He really enjoyed his time in the service and gained some really good friends and was able to sail to many ports around the world. While there, he learned metal fabrication and welding techniques. He became a master fabricator and that propelled him into lifelong pursuit of creating things. He could create it if you could imagine it. Later in his life, he found the true love of his life when he met and married his wife Pam. He loved her beyond measure and was totally committed to her and her son David. He will forever be missed by all of those that knew and loved him.

Thanks for being a great brother Bobby, I love you .
