Rita (Pontbriand) Silva

Rita (Pontbriand) Silva, 75, of Fall River, formerly of Tiverton, wife of the late Raymond Silva, died unexpectedly at home, Saturday, May 11, 2013. She leaves a daughter, Sharon Dussault and her husband Gerald of Fall River; grandchildren, Rebecca Desmarais and her husband Jason of Somerset, Michael Dussault and his wife Kristen of Fall River and Brian Dussault with whom she resided; and her cherished great-grandchildren Jacob and Noah Desmarais and Aiden Dussault. She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Celia (Levesque) Pontbriand. An avid Red Sox fan, she enjoyed Foxwoods and cruises with her family. Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 8:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Anne Church at 9:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Tuesday 4:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
