Raymond Rioux
July 19, 1956 — October 6, 2022
Raymond Rioux, 66, of Swansea, passed into eternal rest Thursday, October 6, 2022.
He was the son of Lorraine (Dupont) Rioux and the late Ernest A. Rioux.
A machinist, Raymond graduated from Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School.
He was employed by Harvey Probber, Newport Naval Base, Main Street Garage, Laflamme and Sons Contracting and A1 Precision.
Ray was a member of Knights of Columbus, Fr. Boehr Council, Tiverton.
Besides his mother, Ray leaves three daughters, Dawn Rioux-Correia (husband Mark), Nicole Dinis (husband Brian) and Carolle Rioux (companion Gary); eleven grandchildren, Zachary, Maryssa, Brian Jr., Alexis, Abbygail, Caleb, Bradyn, Victoria, Jayla, Rafael and Ezra; four great-grandchildren, Amelia, Matteo, Madelyn and Zoey; a sister, Michelle Laflamme (husband Paul); his former spouse, Carol (St.Germain) Souza; nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Sunday, October 16, from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St.Fall River.
His funeral will be held Monday, October 17, at 9:00 A.M. from the funeral home with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M at St.Francis of Assisi Church, 530 Gardners Neck Road, Swansea, .Burial to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
