Listen to Obituary

Patricia A. Fazio, 84, of Fall River, passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2026.

For 42 years, Patricia worked at the Massachusetts Department of Transportation Highway Department, where she served with distinction as an administrative assistant. Beyond her professional life, Patricia nurtured a rich and fulfilling personal life. She was an avid reader, with a particular fondness for novels authored by Danielle Steel. Her love for literature was a window into her thoughtful and reflective nature. Patricia also treasured her time spent dining out and exploring new destinations alongside her friend Ellie.

A devoted Catholic, Patricia's faith was the cornerstone of her life. As a faithful parishioner of Good Shepherd Parish, she found purpose and connection through her spiritual community. She generously volunteered at the Good Shepherd Food Pantry, offering her time and compassion to support those in need. Additionally, she helped at the parish feasts.

Patricia is survived by friends, including MaryJo Medeiros (husband Leonardo).
