Normand J. Lariviere

Normand J. Lariviere, 75, of Westport, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2026. He was the husband of Denise D. (Laprise) Lariviere, with whom he shared 52 years of marriage.

Born in Fall River, Normand was the son of the late Rosaire and Alexina (Messier) Lariviere.

Normand was a truck driver at Plymouth Rock for many years. In his free time he enjoyed being in the outdoors, taking part in hunting and doing yard work. Normand loved his yard and was a very hard worker who was always helping others especially the neighbors. 

Besides his loving wife, he is survived by his children Ashley K. Lariviere (husband Benjamin Casso),and Andrew J. Lariviere; his grandchildren Charles and Henry Casso; his siblings Gerald Lariviere (wife Lise), Lorraine Gendreau (husband Guy); and his close friend who was like a brother, Robin Parent. He was predeceased by his sisters, Therese Rachel (late husband Ronald), Claudette Woss, and his brother, Robert D. Lariviere (wife Karen). 

Normand's Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 29, from 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM, at the Auclair Funeral Home. His Funeral Mass will follow at St. George Church, 12 Highland Ave, Westport, at 10:00 A.M.. Burial will be at at Notre Dame Cemetery, 1540 Stafford Rd, Fall River.
