Michaella Ann McGee

Michaella Ann McGee passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2024. She was the loving wife of Peter J. Machado.

Born in Providence, Rhode Island, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Patrick and Ann Patricia (Mainey) McGee. 

Besides her husband Peter, she is survived by her sisters, Joanna McGee and husband Tony Wilkins, Karen McGee, and Melissa Wojciak (husband AJ), as well as her in-laws Matthew Machado (wife Lisa) and Julie Machado (wife Valerie), and her many nieces and nephews.

Michaella was known for her unwavering kindness and friendship. She had an ability to be relatable and empathetic to so many different people. 

It was the simple things in life that gave Michaella the greatest pleasure—walking one of her dogs, Riley, Mingus, and Millie, making dinners with her husband, or just simply having a quiet night at home with family and a good movie.

In her earlier career years, Michaella worked in the mental health field but transitioned to the restaurant/hospitality field where she was very happy and fulfilled. She worked for the past seven years at Magoni's in Somerset, where she considered herself part of the family.

Visitation will be held on November 14, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Auclair Funeral Home, located at 690 South Main Street, Fall River, MA 02721. A funeral service will be held during the visitation at 6:15 PM 

All who knew Michaella are invited to pay their respects and celebrate her life.

Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her loved ones and all those who were fortunate enough to know her.
