Michael C. Gluchacki

Michael C. Gluchacki, of Fall River, passed away at his home on Monday, July 6, 2026. Born in Fall River on July 11, 1954, he was the beloved son of the late Alphonse Ferreira and Mary Gluchacki.

Michael dedicated 21 years to Teufelberger Fiber Rope Corporation before retiring in July of 2025. He had previously worked at Duro Manufacturing for many years prior. A passionate motorcycle enthusiast, Michael cherished his hobbies and the friendships formed through them. He served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam Era.

He was a loving father to Valerie Grenier and husband John Grenier Sr and God father of Dawn Ferland, grandfather of Jacob Michael Lavoie and Jenna Lynn Lavoie and a cherished brother to Alan Ferreira, Manny Gluchacki, Donna Olson-Lilly, Aurore St. Laurent, Anna Gluchacki, Collette Beaupre, and the late Norma Ann Ferland and Alphonse Gluchacki. Michael also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main Street, Fall River on Friday, July 10, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

His funeral service will take place in the funeral home on Saturday, July 11, at 10:00 AM, (family will greet guests starting at 9:00 AM.)

Burial will take place at Notre Dame Cemetery.
