Michael J. Berube

Michael J. Berube, 70, of Westport, Massachusetts, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at home.

He was the husband of Donna M. (Boutin) Berube, with whom he shared 45 years of marriage. 

Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Ilda (Silva) and Reginald Berube. He was the Father of the late Amy (Berube) Burgo.

Michael founded M. Berube Construction in 1982, building a respected business through his hard work and commitment to quality.

Beyond his professional achievements, Michael was known for his adventurous spirit. He found great joy in riding his motorcycle, a pastime that allowed him to embrace freedom and the open road.

Besides his loving wife, Michael is survived by his stepdaughter, Kimberly O'Connell; his step-grandaughter Kelcie Pimental and step great-grandsons Maddox, and Giovanni; his sister, Susan R. Martinho; and his brothers, Alan J. Berube and Edward J. Berube. He was the brother of late Robert J. Berube.
