He was known for his heartfelt devotion to his beloved wife, Norma (Heywood) Cote, with whom he shared 55 years of marriage. Together, they created many treasured memories, especially their summers spent over the past two decades in Cape Cod, a place that held a special significance for them both.
Moe adored his children and grandchildren and found immeasurable joy in watching their sporting events. He leaves three children, Cristen Rogers (husband Richard), Peter Cote (companion Ashley), and Nicole Kenyon (husband Jeffrey); five grandchildren, Abigail Sirois, Alex Cote, Thea Cote, Mason Kenyon and Isla Kenyon; a brother, Edward R. Cote (late wife Carol), nieces and nephews and his dog and faithful companion, Archie.
He embarked on his professional journey with the American Tourister and Samsonite Companies in Warren, Rhode Island. Beyond his career, Moe was a dedicated coach of baseball and basketball, inspiring young athletes with his leadership and enthusiasm. His active lifestyle extended beyond coaching; he was passionate about his time at the gym and was an avid member of the New England Dragway, where he indulged in the thrill of drag racing.
