Mary E. (May) O'Connor

Mary E. (May) O'Connor, 99, formerly of President Ave., Fall River, widow of Thomas O'Connor, died Friday, August 28, 2009. A cake decorator, she was employed by Levesque's, Plourde's and Big G Supermarket bakeries. She leaves 4 children, Marylou Wilson (husband John) of Somerset, Thomas O'Connor (wife Claire) of Westport, MA and John O'Connor (wife Helene) and Judith Roncka (husband Joseph) all of Swansea; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Rita Smith of Newport, RI and nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Eileen Holewiak Gardullo; the sister of the late Florence Parker and Lillian Judge and the daughter of the late John and Florence (Roe) May. Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Holy Name Church at 10:00 AM. Burial, St. Patrick Cemetery.
