I've Been Promoted.

I've been thinking of all the things that I've accomplished here. It's turned into quite a resumé.

Child, little brother, cry baby, student, tropical fish keeper, paperboy, clerk, bassist, drinker, husband, renter, Coca Cola driver-trainee, father, shade tree mechanic,

Overnight stocker, new car owner, unemployed, textile worker, painter, CB radio operator, graduate, best friend, mover, home cook, two car owner, betrayer,

Loner, smoker, apartment dweller, alcoholic, Patriots fan, husband again, home owner, landscaper, carpenter, plumber, electrician,

Student, truck driver, 100 mile bicyclist, secretary, brother in law, perfectionist, kid brother, big brother, widower, writer,

Church goer, foodie, husband again, receiver, classic car owner, supervisor, gun enthusiast, trap shooter, board member, activist, patriot, servant leader, retired, cancer patient.

When I think about it, even with as much as I've done, there's a lot more that I could do here. But I'm getting promoted.

God called and he has a wonderful position for me. I just couldn't say no. It's something that I've never done before so I'm a little nervous, but I'll be ok.

You know how it is when you leave one place for another. We always say that we'll keep in touch. We'll see. Just don't forget about me and I won't forget about you. I'm sure we'll see one another again!

In spirit,

Mark St Amour
