Maria M. (Dos Santos) Carreiro

Maria M. (dos Santos) Carreiro, 75, of Fall RIver, passed away on Tuesday, September, 19, 2023.

She was the wife of the late Jose Carreiro.

Born in São Miguel, Fãja de Cima Açores, she was the daughter of the late  Raul dos Santos and Fernandina da Silva Rodrigues.

Maria was a devoted Mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

Her hobbies included Crocheting, cooking and baking.

Maria is survived by her four children; Raul M Carreiro (wife Marilia), Stanley A. Carreiro (wife Elizabeth), Jose E. Carreiro (wife Rosa), and Robert C. Carreiro (wife Jennifer); ten grandchildren, Chris, Chelsea, Lorie-Lyn, Jeremy, Kelsey, Darren, Dillon, Avah, Braelie, and Zayn; She was the sister of the late Urania and Dorvalina.

She also leaves numerous nieces and nephews spread throughout Canada, Bermuda and Açores.

A visitation will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023, from 10:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M., with a funeral service at 12:00 P.M. in the Auclair Funeral Home.

Cremation to follow.
