Malwina (Kaminski) Dzialo, 97, of Arundel, Maine, formerly of Fall River, Massachusetts, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022.
She was the wife of the late Romeo J. Dzialo.
A seamstress, she was employed by JAYETTE manufacturing in Fall River.
She was a graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School.
Although she was a seamstress by trade, she enjoyed sewing for herself and family members. Her greatest pride was in creating wedding dresses for her daughter and daughter-in-law.
She expresses her creativity in various arts and crafts.
A dedicated trade unionist, she was a proud member of the ILGWU and served as her shop’s “chair lady”.
A committed wife and mother, grandmother, she interacted lovingly with her many nieces and nephews and their families.
She enjoyed interacting with neighbors and friends. She was extremely independent and self-sufficient.
She leaves a son Raymond and his wife Martha. She was predeceased by her daughter Malwina (Dzialo) Bednarz.
She also leaves granddaughter Rebecca Bednarz, her husband Steven Edwards and great-grandson Wyatt;
granddaughter Krystyna Dzialo Vallee, her husband Raymond Vallee and great-grandchildren, Abigail, Oliver and Hazel;
grandson Benjamin Dzialo, wife Carla Dzialo and great-grandchildren Lilia, William, Isabelle, and Vivienne.
She was the sister of the late Anna J. Kaminski, Jan E. Kaminski, Thadeusz Kaminski, Michalina Borden and Krystyna Gateriewtz; Helena Lamora, Eugenia Lamora, Zofia McCoy, Stanislawa, Zdzislaw, Ludwik and Tomasz Kaminski; and the daughter of the late Ludwik and Krystyna (Wojtaszek) Kaminski.
Relatives and close friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, October 18, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Cathedral, Spring St. Fall River. Burial will be at St. Patrick Cemetery, Fall River.
Visitation is omitted.
