Louis A. LePage, 86, of Fall River, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2026. He was the husband of Catherine M. (Vincent) LePage.
Born on December 30, 1939, he was the son of Philip A. and Anna T. (Somers) LePage.
Louis was the epitome of a true family man. His love for his family had no boundaries. He was a dedicated and loving husband, and the greatest Dad and friend any of us could ever ask for.
He was the man everyone could count on to be there in the hour of need, with no conditions, no prerequisites, just there–no questions.
Lou’s one true passion other than his family was the Boston Red Sox. Staying a die-hard fan through hard times and curses to finally see winning seasons and World Series Championships.
Throughout his career, Louis worked as a furniture maker for the Fernwood Furniture Company, then as a cabinet maker for William Bloom & Son, and later for the Monarch Company, prior to his retirement in 2005. He was a 50-year member of the local Carpenter’s Union.
In the 27 years he spent as a manager for the Fall River National Little League, he coached the Little League Braves at Dumont Field.
He also enjoyed 10-pin bowling and was a member of the team Assonites of Somerset Lanes, as well as pigeon racing for the Fall River Looms Up club, flying under the name SkyLoft.
Louis was the father of Michael L. LePage (wife Laura) of Virginia Beach, VA, Barbara A. LePage Baker (late husband David) of Barrington, RI, and Brian J. LePage of Fall River, MA. He was the proud grandfather of Jason Abelha (wife Jess), Craig LePage (wife Kaylee), Tiffini Abelha (husband Darin), Lauren Null (husband Kelvin), Timothy Baker (wife Alexis), Faith Mello (partner Molly), Dylan LePage, and Ashleigh LePage; and great-grandfather of Anthony and Nevaeh LePage, Rayanne, Walker, and Kiera Null, Conor and Maeve Baker, and Nicholar Pierce. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Louis was the father of the late Deborah A. (LePage) Abelha of Fall River, MA, and the brother of the late Philip, Edward, Albert, and Robert LePage and Patricia Brunelle.
