Lorraine (Tavares) Mello

Lorraine (Tavares) Mello, 76, of Fall River, wife of Aurelio Mello, died on Wednesday, Sep. 9, 2015. She was a retired nurse's aide. Besides her husband of 47 years, she leaves children, Tara Lee Mello of Fall River, Ronald C. Medeiros of Orlando, FL and James Power of Providence, RI; grandchildren, Daryl R. Keyser of Fall River and Chrissy M. Armstrong of Charlottesville, VA; great-grandchildren, Cody Armstrong, Evengeline and Samantha Armstrong. She was the sister of the late James Tavares and the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Medeiros) Tavares. Following cremation, a service will be held Tuesday, September 27, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. in Calvary Temple, 4321 N. Main St, Fall River, MA. Reception to follow.
